• Demonstrate a language proficiency level of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
• Must have done post-secondary education, apprenticeship, or training comparable to the Canadian education system.
• Possess highly skilled work experience that is not on the SINP's Excluded Occupation List.
• Your work experience should be relevant to your occupation and education.
• May be required to share a professional status proof or eligibility of license.
• Share evidence of a settlement plan as well as settlement funds.
• If you meet the above requirements, the province of Saskatchewan will nominate you for permanent residence.

Occupations in Demand in Saskatchewan

To be eligible for the SINP Express Entry category, you must have at least one year of full-time work experience in a National Occupational Classification (NOC) level 0, B, or A occupation. Your occupation will not qualify if it is included in the Excluded SINP Occupations in Demand List.

Saskatchewan Express Entry

The Saskatchewan Express Entry stream is specifically designed for foreign workers who have active profiles in Canada's Express Entry system.

Eligibility Criteria for Saskatchewan Express Entry:

• Have a profile in the Express Entry Pool, including a profile number and job seeker validation code.
• Score at least 60 points as per the SINP points assessment grid.
• Submit acceptable language test results from a recognized testing center matching those mentioned in the Express Entry profile.
• Have completed at least one year of post-secondary education, training, or apprenticeship that is comparable to the Canadian education system. Any diploma, degree, or equivalent proof received outside Canada are solely at the discretion of Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
• Have at least one year of work experience in a skilled profession (non-trades) in the past 10 years, or two years of work experience in a skilled trade during the last 5 years, or a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Canada during the last 3 years (trades/non-trades).
• Have work experience in a high-skilled occupation in NOC level A, B, or 0 that is not included on the excluded occupation list.
• Obtain the appropriate license in Saskatchewan if your profession is regulated or is a skilled trade. Coming to skilled trades, the applicant must have a valid certificate from (SATCC) - the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission.
• Show settlement plan and settlement funds proof.
